InTouch is a family business which impressively demonstrates all that is good about organisations of this type. My car was clean and obviously well maintained ( unlike some I have hired on the island ). I had no problems during my visit - but have no doubt that if I had they would have been resolved quickly. One very nice thing after a tiring eight hour flight was the offer to chauffeur me from the airport to my front door - which I gratefully accepted. Will I rent from InTouch again? Yes, 100%. This was a very easy and smooth rental experience. Renny was flexible and helped out with options - as we took the rental at our accommodation and returned it in the ferry port. Our car was a quite new Suzuki Vitara automatic - size-wise ideal for Saint Lucian roads, but still fits four people and 4 suitcases comfortably.

I am happy to recommend InTouch Taxi and Car Rental if you need a car while on vacation in Saint Lucia. I have been visiting the island annually since 2021. My first rental experience was very unpleasant. The car we received was older and the tires had very low tread. In Touch’s vehicles are always relatively low mileage, competitively priced and well maintained. Additionally their customer service is excellent. Unfortunately during one of my trips I hit a curb and destroyed the rear driver side tire. Renny, the owner, was prompt to pick me up and replaced the ruined tire - all accomplished within a day. Last but not least, the extra special touch of pick up and drop off at the airport that InTouch provides are a major plus! I give Renny and InTouch a rating of 5 stars for customer service and reliability.

We are frequent travelers to St. Lucia and have used (Renny’s company) happily for the past few years. Initially, during our travels in Saint Lucia, we utilized car rental agencies based at the airport. Buyer beware that one can never be certain what quality of car one gets from the airport, especially if budget shopping. After experiencing cars in very poor mechanical shape (bald tires, bad shocks, faulty remote keys that lock you out) we quit airport vendors and switched over to (Renny’s company). Their cars are always clean, in great mechanical shape, with plenty of tread on the tires! Additionally, we appreciate their flexibility with both car delivery and return in accordance with our airport schedule.

I have had the opportunity to use rental from Intouch Taxi and Car Rental Inc. and have to testify that the service given is the best. You get the vehicle cleaned and with a full gas tank I would rather them 5 hundred times. Hence the reason every time I am looking for a rental I always go back to them.
