We started as a small family business in 2020 during the covid19 era and we have grown steadily into an incorporated company in 2024, thanks to the support of our clients and family. With five years of experience, we believe that we have learnt much about the industry and are always looking for ways to serve our clients even better. Owned and passionately managed by Renny & Agatha Biscette, our company was built on a foundation of integrity, honesty, and unshakable commitment to excellence. We strive to make the process of renting hassle free, flexible and enjoyable.

InTouch is a family business which impressively demonstrates all that is good about organisations of this type. My car was clean and obviously well maintained ( unlike some I have hired on the island ). I had no problems during my visit - but have no doubt that if I had they would have been resolved quickly. One very nice thing after a tiring eight hour flight was the offer to chauffeur me from the airport to my front door - which I gratefully accepted. Will I rent from InTouch again? Yes, 100%. Service from Renny was first class - it felt like we were being hosted, not just renting a car. Competitive prices and very good car condition making it great value for money. Renny was responsive, reliable, helpful and flexible. We had the car dropped off and collected from different locations, made use of the taxi service and his knowledge of the island. A really great experience from a kind Saint Lucian. I would highly recommend.
